Ok this sauce needs to be investigated by the FDA because there's got to be something addictive in it! I live on an Indian Reservation in NC and we like our chili and fry bread over here about as much as we like breathing. I can't eat chili any longer unless it has Shunzi sauce on it. How good is it? It's so good that I drove an hour and fifteen minutes from my home to Earth Fare in Asheville just to purchase another bottle! I would consider myself a connoisseur of all things hot, and Shunzi is hot, but it's the perfect marriage of heat and savor that allows it to compliment and not overpower the foods it is used with. In short, this is the best hot sauce I've ever used. It's now a must for my kitchen. Excellent job, Shane. You honor your grandmother with this sauce.

I won the hottest chili contest with shunzi sauce yet still had ample amount of flavor so that it was "deemed and passed" as the best tasting. Way to go Shan!!

A friend of mine (Kevin West) found out I like hot sauce ... and is bringing me some to try. If your as good with sauce as he is with boats .. you have a winner on your hands.

Congratulations Shane I know God is blessing your efforts.I seem to be able to keep a few plants in pots through yje winter, and I'm still able to have fresh peppers. Little warmer here in Houston.We will be ordering all your products and promoting it in and around us.No doubt its the best tasting pepper sauce I have been exposed to.I think the peppers them selves are the best tasting as well, and have always thought so.

Shunzi is a staple in my condiment cabinet. From marinades to a few dashes on some eggs, shunzi keeps it interesting. Keep up the good work!
