Ok this sauce needs to be investigated by the FDA because there's got to be something addictive in it! I live on an Indian Reservation in NC and we like our chili and fry bread over here about as much as we like breathing. I can't eat chili any longer unless it has Shunzi sauce on it. How good is it? It's so good that I drove an hour and fifteen minutes from my home to Earth Fare in Asheville just to purchase another bottle! I would consider myself a connoisseur of all things hot, and Shunzi is hot, but it's the perfect marriage of heat and savor that allows it to compliment and not overpower the foods it is used with. In short, this is the best hot sauce I've ever used. It's now a must for my kitchen. Excellent job, Shane. You honor your grandmother with this sauce.
